Maybe that "Gods Kingdom" (see below) is happy with ONX3. But I am not. TheY send me a product that was different than what they wrote on their website. It don't work for the yoke they said it would work for. And now, 6 weeks later, they say I can send it back with the address on the enveloppe!!!! Do you really think that I have that enveloppe after six weeks. Just send me an adres to return it. I don't think they really mind about the customer. They don't help you.

After weeks of emailing and writing, Fruugo informed me that they will refund me. De facto this means that Klarna does not collect. But what a hassle for 19.50 euros.

Nevertheless I don't buy here anymore.

AVOID. Appalling quality products and customer sevice non existent. Difficult to get refunded.

As a customer and as a Re-seller both the ways I am so happy to work with ONX3. where in time support. In every business mistakes are common but handling and resolving is very important. ONX3 is best and I recommenced it.
