"Above and beyond customer service"

I opened up a small business in July of 2023 and I was needing some specific items. I am in the U.S. and for whatever reason I was having a hard time getting anyone to work with me. I had contacted a couple of shops on Etsy to no avail. Somehow I stumbled across Cathryn. She was extremely helpful, accommodating and sweet. She worked with me to provide me with what I was needing and she had no problem shipping to me either. I was very happy with everything that I received and she is now who I turn to when I need more items. She is very meticulous and I highly recommend her for anything that you might need for your business, etc.
