If I could give it negative Stars I would. Left several messages I'm hoping to speak with someone about my account and to no avail I have not heard anything in 8 months.

The owner is fair, staff is ok, but all they do is lie. They havent paid me a commission or have they even called me back? They just ignore the little guy - Event if you make them a million in ERC in a short time, they will just tell you to pound sand and never pay because you ask for it in writing.... for 3-4 months.

I applied for SETC in October and I was able to speak with their Customer Service. She was very professional and helpful. She was patient in walking me through the process and was able to finish everything in no time. I just got my check last week. Every time I called to ask for updates, this lady with a sweet little voice was always there to help. Thanks for the smooth transaction.

After the fact contact has been very frustrating. Unable to get a real person on the phone or get a response to phone messages to answer questions, or to get an update on a filing, etc. Promises to return phone calls are not followed up on.
