Overall, the customer service was great, friendly and super helpful on the questions I had, the website is very easy to navigate and the stunning lingerie range makes it hard to choose which is my favourite, shipping was quick, had the order within the week, the lingerie was great quality, overall no complaints to speak of. A lovely lingerie brand for something a bit different, customer service team were professional, I would definitely recommend and buy from this store again.

On a recent order, received some hold-ups with an outof-stock item, they contacted me straight away with an alternative style or offered to order the size into stock for me. I received my order in two split deliveries and I was happy to wait for the second item to come back into stock. Fast shipping and delivery and always fabulous quality, I also love the free gifts they slip into my delivery on occasion.
