The cord on our roller blind snapped. I got onto Samrod Blinds and straight away they told me they would fix it and no charge. They were out in a few days and it was fixed with no issues. Friendly as always and great customer service.

From the moment I made contact with SamRod Blinds I knew I was in good hands. Michael called out to our house on time, when he said he would, measured up, advised on what we should choose & do, nothing was a problem. He suggested a solution to an issue we had with a window opening & I trusted his opinion. He also recommended motorised blinds for our back sliding doors & pelmet on our side window. He then kept me informed of the process & before I knew it, Kieron & Mr Sammon arrived to fit our blinds with huge care & attention to our house & to the blinds. They were fit expertly & efficiently & perfectly. The lads explained how to work the motorised blinds & the quality of the blinds is amazing. To say we are thrilled with the whole service is an understatement. We are so impressed, we have now decided to order our Roman blinds from SamRod too.

We had motorised blinds fitted to the front of our house. Checked few companies initially and settled on samrod as they just seemed more in touch with what was needed. Michael measured up, we had a great chat, the price was right so we decided to go ahead. Michael kept in touch regularly while the blinds were being made and ciaran came back to fit them as arranged, exactly on time. It was very efficiently done no mess left.
