"Why I chose to have B12 shots"

Occasionally I have been told by doctors that my B12 levels are low, and that I may wish to use supplements. They have never said why my B12 levels are always low!!

However, I decided to delve further as I knew I was eating the necessary food so there may be another cause for this. Following a test (at my expense) I found my genes may be causing issues.

I started with sublingual supplements, but having done more research I decided to go for 'shots' directly into the muscle.

I decided to use Vitajab and I made sure that they use the same B12 that you get at a doctors, and I have now been having these for over 12 months. The local chemist in Chester is great, and even though other companies/individuals are now offering the same, I am very happy to stay with Nick.
