Used them as I was moving house and need a van, I have always had a good experience with rabbits, I even asked for a bigger van as had some unexpected issues with some stuff I was moving and that wasn’t a problem at all, swapped next day. This is my third time using them and it has always been spot on. Smooth system, helpful staff and really good price too!

On the plus side the delivery driver went through the cosmetic damage to the vans bodywork accurately with me.
However, during my 50 mile journey I had cause for concern regarding the vans braking efficiency, and when I refilled it, the fuel gauge was sticking, and I put £20 of fuel in before I realised!
Rabbits refused to refund even half of my fuel cost, so it was an expensive rental.
Futhermore the van was left on the road outside my property for 23 hours after my rental finished.
