"Not made in Australia"

They state in their advertisement that the trailers are Australian made. They are not, they're made in China. Deceitful.

They were great to deal with. The best price I could find for what I wanted.

Twin axle 3.0 tonne 8x5 trailer. One of the axles seized after only a few months and the wheel snapped off the hub and went flying into oncoming traffic. Thank god it didn't hit anybody. Taken to local repairer who indicated the bearings had been jammed on too tight with insufficient grease. Had to replace the entire axle and hubs. The cage has completely fallen apart and there is rust in the body. Jockey wheel supplied was rubbish. The break lines have corroded and snapped off - currently with mechanic being repaired so as to be able to pass rego. You can do better than buying this brand. Have spent more than the cost of the trailer in repairs that were caused by poor workmanship and shoddy components in just five years.

I bought a 11x6 gave me a price I went to pay cash they wouldn’t accept cash I had to pay by card and then they charged me xtra for using card that was on top of the price quoted not happy will not buy from them again also the paint work is very thin you can almost wipe it off and also the jockey wheel they supplied was not of good quality for that size trailer very cheep had to buy a stronger jockey wheel very unhappy now the right hand brake has completely collapsed and is now at the mechanics to be replaced another cost this trailer is crap will not buy from here again

"THESE ARE A SERIOUS SAFETY RISK.."

THESE TRAILERS ARE A SERIOUS SAFETY RISK. READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASE.

First of all, I would like to note that on the day of my purchase I was offered a free trailer lock if I gave a positive review here on Google before I left the yard, so I wouldn't take serious any positive reviews from anyone who hasn't owned one of these trailers for an extended period.

I purchased a Muscle 12x6 hydraulic tipper trailer March 2021, the trailer is 9 months old with 2 months of so called warranty left. Since then I have had the following issues.

-First day driving home nearly cooked 3 out of the 4 wheel bearings, there was grease in the bearing caps but no one had actually packed the bearings with grease.

- The first 1800kg (trailer is rated to 2800KG, 1000kg tare) load I put on the trailer the chassis frame bent from the weight of the load coming off the back. I couldn't clamp the tipper bed back down to the chassis because of this I have had to have the chassis reinforced with 50x8mm steel to hold the rated weight of the trailer (see photos)

-The clamps that hold the tipper bed to the chassis bent straight to the point that they were coming loose during a trip, they've had to be replaced. The clamp handles bent the second time I used them (see photos)

-The locks for the storage box are flimsy and the box has flung open several times while I've been driving. The welds have broken and have had to be repaired (see photos)

-The paint is pathetic so say the least, it can be scratched off with a finger nail (see photos)

-The welds on the trailer are weak and cracking around critical components (spring hangers and drawbar), likely due to the visible porosity in the welds, there are also visible signs where the welder has blown holes in the trailer frame (see photos)

The electrics are just dodgy, they've used duct tape to insulate the joins, it seems that $2 of electrical tape is too much to ask for on a $9500 trailer (see photos)

- Just today the trailer coupling let go of the ball and pushed the trailer into the back of my car stripping the paint and causing damage. The coupling has always been adjusted properly but it has sheared off inside of it, I always have the ball and coupling lubricated and it has been cleaned for inspection (see photos)

The trailer has never been overloaded and has always been maintained as required.

I took the trailer coupling back to muscle trailers in Windsor, showed the coupling to Joe in the yard and just like other google reviewers I imediately was accused of causing the fault myself by incorrectly adjusting the coupling.

I demonstrated how the coupling was faulty by being able to easily remove from the ball while being fully engaged, and again had the blame passed back onto me.

I asked them to adjust the coupling for my vehicle and it was only after they tried this and realised that It was already properly adjusted and was in fact faulty (I have video evidence of this as I was invited to film it).

After all of this, their solution was to hand me a new coupling. As soon as I mentioned reimbursement for the repair costs of my vehicle caused by the their faulty coupling they advised they would not cover these costs and invited me to dispute this matter in court.

I also noticed upon first registration that the trailer was manufactured under Junris PTY LTD, the business owner of Muscle Trailers, If you look up Junris pty ltd you will find a lot of negative reviews on Junris trailers prior to the Muscle Trailers business name registration in 2019.

This trailer is not safe to be on the road due to the poor engineering (if any) and poor product quality and if this trailer is an example of the build quality of Muscle Trailers I would strongly recommend against them, in my experience I haven't got anything positive to say about them.

Today could have ended very badly for me and others if I had been travelling on the road.

I just love their service. They really offer very quality trailers at cheap price in this industry. I will definitely recommend it.
