I wanted to get back into running, and make my weekly running more structured to build up my distance, but didn’t have a clue where to start as a complete beginner! Emily was so supportive from he start and made me feel completely at ease through the whole process and I felt like she was really listening to me. She helped me focus my training plan and put some purpose into it, as well as providing solid practical advice to help me improve. She really listened to my motivations and built a training plan that was realistic for me, and would help me achieve my goals but also push me. Emily even sent me little motivational messages and checked in on me - really recommend!

Emily was very good at adapting programs for me.
I already did a bit of running before I did Emily’s program but I wanted to be told what to do and when and have someone with me on the journey.
When I started I unfortunately had an injury and Emily worked around this for me. I didn’t feel I was going backwards we just adapted safely to what I could do and when.
I enjoyed the experience of being coached and it’s nice to have someone on your shoulder routing for you.

Emily coached me to achieve a faster 5k. I loved the plan and how varied it was and how accommodating Emily was to fit it around my lifestyle and any other commitments. Emily is such a supportive and motivational coach and her enthusiasm has really helped me to achieve my goals. I can’t wait for us to work together on my next running goal!

"Her Half 2021"
I ran Her Half in July and it was super fun! Emily was in touch prior with lots of motivation and advice. The run was a lot of fun, and was great to see everyone else's runs on the Run Panthera Instagram. Would definitely recommend a run organised by Emily, and I'd definitely do another one in the future!
