"TOTAL RUNAROUND and EVASION on REFUND and RETURN"
I recently purchased a medium dog coat/harness combination following the fit guidelines on their web site and the coat I received was CLEARLY a size SMALL. Although they offer a 100% guarantee on their products, I then saw they require a photo as part of refund request. I took a photo of the zipper up the back of my dog clearly NOT able to be zipped because it was too small! They then proceeded to give me a REAL RUNAROUND, e.g., below is the follow-up email they sent to me...

Can you please measure the entire back length of the dog jacket (from collar to base) you received and send us some pictures of them being measured so we can investigate if the items sent were mislabeled?
We also recommend measuring your pooch neck, chest, and back length and compare the size in our sizing guide to know what is the best fit.
Once we receive your response, we will be able to determine the best way to help you.

UPDATE 4/15: BUT AFTER SENDING THEM THE ADDITIONAL MEASUREMENTS-- along with some very pointed comments about their quality control and supply chain issues--it seems that they consider the length of the collar (like a Nehru collar that stands up straight) to be PART OF THE MEASUREMENTS of the BACK... hmmmmmm.... I brought to their attention that, according to their own diagram, the "back" technically ends where the "neck" starts, therefore a length for the back of 16 inches should end at the neck. I brought to their attention that their fit/measurement guide is inaccurate.. but at this point I am faced with option of spending who-knows-what to mail the coat back to Australia (right....) or have them send me a larger coat so at least there is some resolution.. But after this extreme runaround I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...AT ALL...

I paid 29.99 for the dog one. I gave it to my granddog for Christmas. Within the first five minutes of playing with it, he tore off the head. This company is a joke and scamming people with their claims. I’m heart sick about this toy and the money I spent on it. Makes me furious to think this company just scams people🤬🤬🤬

SCAM. I have ordered products weeks ago. They have received the order (and my money) but it has not been sent. I have rung, emailed, social media messages- no response whatsoever. The company is supposedly an hour away from where I live so not only haven’t they shipped it, it would not take few to arrive if they did.
Please don’t order from them; throw your money in the toilet instead.
