Received email that the product I purchased was out of stock and they would send something similar. However it was not. Requested refund. Received no follow up. Requested refund again by email. No response until dispute was made with PayPal. Tried calling telephone # and whatsup app #. No answer. Finially a week later got a message a shipment was made by fedex. I requested information as to what machine was being sent or why refund was not done. Again no response. StAy away. Buy from somewhere else, preferably in the USA.

I received a defective machine and immediately messaged the company to let them know, i sent a video of the machine leaking water and i asked what i had to do to send it back and receive my refund. This is the response i got.
Me: “The cup doesn’t appear to be broken, do i just put it back in the original package and mail it back to get my refund? “
