"Poor customer service when order wasn’t what I wanted."

I wanted a tire cover without a center cut hole. I received one with a hole cut. When I contacted the company the said I had ordered the wrong thing, so it was my problem. Poor customer service.

I bought an article for the first time. First it took almost 4 weeks to arrives. When it did the seeing was badly done on the side and the left and right was not cut symmetrically. I took photos and sent via Wondershop FB messenger over a week ago. To date I have received no response on my request for a return and refund despite indicating no email was received in my inbox or junk mail. Tthere is no number to speak with someone. Only an online message on FB who takes very long to follow up. I work in customer service admin and I dare say what the owner would do if I treated a complaint in that manner. Even messaging can include something to go by besides 'check your email for important information'. There is no return policy information on the website or FB page. It seems you got my money and the rest is looking like history!

I have not received my order yet though I ordered 2 months ago. You lie about the courier. The tracking number you sent does not work with couriers you mentioned: first you said it is DHL; then Raven Force Couriers, then Canada Post??? They all said they do not have the tracking number you sent me. One of them suggested me to try Ulala . You keep lying about my order. I don't know where it is and if it will be delivered to. me at all.

Awful quality, product stinks like cigarettes, and they spelled Hannukah wrong on a Hannukah sweatshirt! (The hebrew letters are in the wrong order, so it says Hakunnah.) The hoodie we ordered looked like it would be a comfy sweatshirt, but there is no fuzz on the inside, so it's just a polyester cr@p.

Do not order from this company. I paid over seventy dollars for 5 ornaments and was only sent one and the quality of the personalization was very poor and blurry. To bad they have to defraud customers this close to christmas.
