I like the styles of tops and tunics and TS quite often has specials which encourage you to shop, (any excuse will do.
It's easy to order online and orders are usually dispatched quickly

The delivery is fast. Products are great. Communication is superb. My only gripe is that I've bought items after 5pm one day only to find them reduced in price the next morning.

The online service is fine. No hiccups.
I am finding however that the prices are continually increasing and are far less competitive than they were. The quality and fit does not justify the rising prices. The styles are often unsuitable for the fuller figure and some more natural fabrics that breathe in summer would be good. Capped and very short sleeves are not flattering for bigger arms!!

It annoys me seeing items I purchased reduced 7-10 days later !!
The patterns of the fabrics still make it obvious that we are big - please stop the massive often garish colours and use colours and patterns that smaller sized woman use.

I have one or two issues, after spending many $1000's of dollars in your store. I truly love your products as you could tell from my membership. I am a very regular buyer both on line and in store.
But I find :
1. The elastic in the waist of very expensive pants does not last in fact they either disintegrate to the point of no elastic or hold. They waist quite often frays opening up. A couple of the white trousers I have discolour as well.

2. There are not enough tops with longer sleeves to cover up saggy arms, which is my problem. No one wants to show there flabby arms. Being a plus size store I am continually disappointed that you have so many garments with either no sleeves or very short sleeves.
