Ordered online Skyvac Mighty Atom just after midday Wednesday 27th November. Received acknowledgement email from Sales Office Support that afternoon. Early the following morning I receive text from DPD advising time slot for delivery that morning. Item delivered exactly as promised. All items present, works fine. Delivered within 24 hours of ordering!

My company had purchased 3 skyvac gutter vacuums from spinaclean over the years and numerous spare parts and accessories. When we need to phone them for advice or check that we are ordering the right parts they are always really helpful and if we are promised a call back we never have to wait long. All orders are received within 1 or 2 days at the most. Excellent business to deal with

The worst experience I've ever had with a company.
Unbelievable bad customer service,
Lost my parcel valued @ £1400, and tryed to make out it was my fault. Lied to by customer service on the phone saying my parcel had been delivered and handed to someone that wasn't me, then told it hadn't been delivered and was with an unknown parcel company. No tracking number or anything posting information and told spinaclean don't give tracking details. So I guess customer's just have to guess where they packages are. To anyone looking to buy from this company be careful!!!. Not a good company to deal with.
