"Worst customer service I’ve ever seen"

Bought a frame through this company on Amazon. It arrived damaged and it’s very poor quality. When I contacted the seller to politely inform them that it was damaged, the person that I spoke to was shockingly rude and really not a nice person at all.
Really argumentative, patronising, insulting and accused me of lying. I’d just lost my mum to cancer so I didn’t need that, the frame was for a poster dedicated to her, and he accused me of lying about my mum being dead. Told me to stop playing the “death card” and to have some respect for my mum, as if I was telling him that as a joke or something. He then told me to take my pain out on a real person. It was horrific and unnecessary and I only mentioned that the frame was going to be for my mum’s picture who died less than 2 weeks ago. There was no need for any of that. By far the worst customer service I’ve received in my life. These people should not be allowed to trade.
Not only is their product appalling but the people are too.
