"Still without my order"

My order was placed and I have paid but apparently an issue with their website meant they were unaware of the order. As of now, I’ve had no further information despite sending several emails and have had to open a dispute with my card provider. Terrible service from a supposedly premium brand. As a U.K. customer, I should’ve had the item within 3 working days. Weeks have now gone by. AVOID!

Fast efficient delivery and nice to get a gift with it too! It seems expensive but balanced with the large sizes available it clearly will last a very long time. The quality both in aroma and looks shines through.
