"Faulty Product and denied a refund"
Having being sent a faulty product, a 4in1 foldable wireless charger which is supposed to charge a phone, AirPods, and an Apple Watch together in sync, which I posted back to the company and requested a refund which got denied even though I sent it back well within 30 days, in the correct requested condition it had arrived in, when I am entitled to ask for a refund or price reduction after one failed attempt by the retailer, funtech, to repair or replace the faulty item. I also emailed and requested the product to be tested with all products stated that it charges, charged together at one time before it is sent back if that’s the conclusion the company comes to before the product which I have paid for is returned to my address, and I didnt get a reply email having had to follow up with a second email. My first email sent in regards to the faulty product was the 8th of October and I am still waiting for some from of response and compensation. Terrible company and customer service.

Got the LCD screen of my iPad fixed here as it was cracked. Cost quite a bit but was pleased with 3 month warranty. However, once I'd taken the iPad home I noticed the 'home' button had slipped. I returned with the iPad but was told I must have subjected it to an impact as it wouldn't have moved otherwise. This is quite categorically not the case as I treated the iPad as if it was my newborn child, especially as it cost so much to fix!!! They refused to consider any fault on their part and my warranty was useless!!! Obviously there must be some issue with the clasps holding the screen in place - it is beyond ridiculous that this issue occurred without ANY mishandling!?!! I wish I'd read earlier reviews before considering them with the repair. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS!! I'm very sorry I did!!
