"Dry and non Engaging"

It would have been much better if we had videos along with the great content you have. model and diagrams are great but the topics become very dry if one need to digest it over a period of time.

It was advertised as working on all devices, I had intended to use on my Android tablet so I could learn whilst travelling. Turns out that it doesn't work on Android so that was my biggest learning window lost.
The course was presented in a dry, uninteresting way. The narrative voice was clearly by someone who didn't understand the subject and was just reading some notes.
I did not complete the course, it was a complete waste of money.

"Not so good"

I am not thrilled by the TOGAF online course. The course is based on densely written slides and the speaker does not really describe the content of the slides but gives a rather brief summary.

I had to buy a book to study from, and I am using the course just for the exam vouchers

This was a great online course. The subject content enabled me to clear the exam in the first attempt.

"Rude conduct - Bad Services"

I tried to use TOGAF training.
I bougth level 1 and 2 combo expecting a good service, but:
-Bad english accent
-Impossible to use on iPad or smart phone
-Customer services rude (Indian call center)
-Scale the incident was delayed
-Final answer no reimbursement
-I have to insist several weeks for the voucher
The Good e-learning company is Bad
Better try the official book.
