Delivery service is a shambles no prior notification when delivery was going to delivered on the morning recueved 2 messages from dx .missed delivery had to go to depot to collect 2hr return journey m25traffic.on collection was told 1 item missing.called office on Monday told arrange to deliver Tuesday now 7am waiting on site for delivery.not a good experience at all

"A bit of a scam"

Placing the order was easy and the package arrived swiftly as promised. However the order was incomplete with a number of items listed as 'to follow'. As I required the items to complete a job I phoned and ask for a delivery timescale - I was told they would 'look into it and get back to me'. A week later I've heard nothing and have still not received the items so have had to buy elsewhere so wasting time & spending extra. A shame as the service seemed good initially. There are plenty of online fixing supplies so I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.

Ordered on Thursday and paid next day delivery. Items were shipped on time but the courier didn’t deliver until Monday. Had to cancel my Saturday at work. Couriers fault not FASTBUILD. Items great and packed well.
