Fixed my ipad in half an hour , excellent quality and lovely customer service.

"Do not use"

I paid for 2 iPhones to have the back screen replaced and a battery change. The quality of the work on one of the phones was shocking, it had a huge ident after the repair with a gap which was visible. Mahmoud claimed this was normal which is laughable now that I think about it and went on to claim that it was due to phone being damaged. I eventually used another provider for the back screen and it was a clean finish with no indents or gaps. Mahmoud claims to use original Apple parts which is a lie as I went to get my battery replaced at an Apple service provider who told me the parts used were not original. I found Mahmoud to be very nice however its misleading to lead customers to thinking you are using original parts when you are not. Furthermore, the battery which needed replacing was not done and I was offered a £30 credit to use in the future which I found was generous. When I wanted my battery replaced again there was no reply to my messages or phone calls, I guess the £30 credit was just to keep me quiet. I generally do not write negative reviews as I do not want to be a reason why someone cannot make a living however; I find it necessary when the level of service is this bad. Also, the 5-star reviews on this site do not seem genuine so I would not rely on them much. For prospective customers please just use an Apple certified provider it is worth the extra cost.

"iPhone not switching on"

After dropping my iPhone I could not get it to switch on so called Mobile Repairs Pro and explained the problem. I was visited by Mahmoud who replaced the battery which was dead but alas the problem repeated when the battery ran down, which it did very quickly. On informing Mahmoud, he returned and tried another fix that also wasn't successful so took the phone away for investigation and diagnosed a short-circuit that he was happy to repair on a no-fix no-fee basis in case the phone still did not function correctly. The service I received from Mahmoud was first-class throughout and involved him coming out to me on 4 separate occasions without additional callout charges. I will definitely be recommending Mobile Repairs Pro to friends and family as I do to readers of this review.

Excellent service. My iPhone battery needed replacing. They arrived promptly, explained what needed to be done and replaced the battery in 15 minutes. They tested it and it works perfectly. They even followed up with a courtesy call the following day to ensure no other issues. Brilliant.
