What a pleasant and very person touch this service has. Any queries are answered almost immediately by a real person, our driver Umer was very much on time and ensured we were catered for. I accidentally booked the wrong date to begin with but very simply rearranged the date, to which I was upgraded too. Fantastic service will use again next time I am in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Very clear communications the day before the pick-up. And on the day just before the pick-up. The drivers have always been very prompt (have used them on 6 occasions now between Abu Dhabi airport and Dubai (home).
