The problems I had with my buyers solicitor were delt with professionally and with understanding. A new buyer was found and completion was smooth and efficient.

Fantastic support from the D W Harris team to purchase a high value property in the South West of England. Rhunedd Thomas was on top of everything and explained everything simply. She, or her team, were always at the end of the phone answer questions when needed. The vendor's solicitor were clearly very tardy and D W Harris kept the process moving, bringing me solutions not problems.

Also probably the most friendly firm of solicitors I have ever worked with - everyone I spoke to on the phone sounded like they had a huge smile on their face at all times! I will definitely use again.

I approached D W Harris to complete a re-mortgage of a property for me and was guided towards Kate. The mortgage wasn't a straight forward due to bridging loan needing to be repaid and a deadline was fast approaching. I have to say how fantastic Kate was from start to finish. There's always a worry with solicitors as I'd heard so many horror stories about prices, houses falling through due to paperwork etc.
From the start to end of the process DW Harris were a dream to deal with.
Our point of contact Sarah, broke everything down for us into simple terms we understood. She was always on hand to answer any questions and what I liked was the speed in which we got our replies from her.

"Lark of communication. It needs to be improved"

Well, I cannot believe the mix communication with myself and this campany. I made a compliant regarding fee which I wasn't told indetail regarding the work.

I spoken to the manger, he told me a different view of communication Which wasn't true, the junior solicitor didn't tell the manger the full story. It was much embarrassment.
It felt like I was being pushed to one side and not given correct information.

Bare in mind To my understanding they got two family lawyers one in pontypridd/Swansea it was very lark of communication between offices. I emailed one office which I was ignored my Kathryn. Swansea office different views of communication.
Remember all clients pay solicitors wages without clients they will not get paid. Respect doesn't cost anything.
