At 53 I considered myself a healthy active woman but just couldn’t lose weight like I used to ! I found Donna via Facebook and her down to earth approach and also the fact she was based locally to me made it more real and I took the plunge.
I’ve not looked back her simple approach to whole protein and carbs is straightforward easy to follow and is now a new way of life for me and the way that i look at food.
I have lost nearly a stone so far in about 14 weeks with holidays and celebrations along the way.

"Honest review for an honest plan"
I discovered Donna’s 5 day challenge on TikTok and haven’t looked back. The eating plan is simple and effective, it’s also very doable! Following it for 5 days strictly and then chill for 2 days works surprisingly well and I’ve not been hungry, quite the opposite! I’ve tried lots of diets, especially during peri and menopause and nothing has worked as well and therefore I’ve kept, no, I’m keeping it up. Can’t thank Donna enough, she’s given me hope I can get back to a more normal me. Donna’s always on hand to answer even the most mundane of questions and is on the same wavelength as other struggling menopausal women so completely understands when we ‘have an off day’ and just says “start again tomorrow “.
The cost is also agreeable, best £10 I’ve spent in ages. Thank you Donna and Cate for your support and Donna for the plan - I would advise anyone to do it 😀

"I discovered Donna on tick tok and…"
I discovered Donna on tick tok and watched her videos for a few weeks wondering it her diet would really work to help me loose a bit of weight.
I’ve always had issues with food. Wouldn’t eat in case I put on even so much as a pound on . This worked most of my life until the dreaded pre menopausal hit! It didn’t matter if a didn’t eat I still kelps putting weight on.
I reached out to Donna earlier this year and her support and enthusiasm helped me shift the weight, she is alway there to answer questions and offer support to all in the group that she’s formed.
I did take a break from my journey with her due to family issues but I’m back on it again and enjoying the food that I am eating . I try not to think of it as a diet but an eating journey that is helping me loose a little weight along the way. I say little as I really don’t have a lot to loose but need to keep the weight off and not put on due to menopause.

"This has changed my life…"
This has changed my life…and I know that sounds dramatic but it is true. I have spent the last 34/47 years in some form of eating disorder or another. I saw Donna’s Five Day Challenge for £10 on FB and thought I would give it a go. Was terrified at the start as have never eaten so much…five days later and I had lost weight. And the habit changing started from then on. I am now three months in and have lost a stone and a half. Eating loads every day. Still having treats if I want and most importantly of all, have begun to see food as my friend for the first time in my life. The WA community spur me on and keep me motivated too. So as far as reviews go…this is way more than giving a 👍 or a 5🌟. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Donna x
