"Poor shopping and shipping experience"

Shopping experience, although started quite well in turned out on a negative one.
First I got an extra charge on the shipping cost (twice the original) and the reason explained was that "shipping rates are not updated in the web for some countries", I really do not understand how this may happened.
Second, once I confirmed and paid my order it took more than a week to know by when the order will be shipped. This one is actually harder to understand than the extra shipping costs.
To be honest, although an interesting product, it is not a good experience, especially because it is impossible to anticipate what is expected in terms of final price (shipping costs) and timing for the order delivery and arrival.

"Envios internacionales (EEUU)"

Buenas tardes, Pague un pedido de muestra, después de 2 días me enviaron un correo diciendo que el pago no alcanzaba para cubrir el envío les comenté que si daba el excedente me saldría demasiado costoso entonces me devolvieron el dinero y me refirieron a su socio comercial de México dónde ya envié un mensaje y no me han respondido.
Por otra parte hice comparaciones de precios al por mayor de la página de México y la página de Bulgaria y me saldría más económico en Bulgaria. Entonces tome la decisión de hacer una compra un poco más grande de su producto y ahora me dicen que no se puede enviar ni 1 caja a EEUU.
Mi intención es distribuir,ofrecer su producto personalmente y en redes sociales en la ciudad en la que vivo.
Debo aclara que la persona con la que me comunique siempre fue amable.
Quedo pendiente a su respuesta y espero poder trabajar con ustedes.
