"Great intake process!"

I’ve been going through process of vetting some potential therapies and I have to admit, Wellcore’s intake process, including blood collection, analysis, and Dr. visit to go over results was worth the $. I’ve got a great understanding of the process and opportunity for my unique results. If you’re looking to make an informed decision and not sold to, I felt Wellcore did a great job balancing that line. If I decided to move forward with therapies, they would be my first choice.

I have been on HRT for 8-10yrs and have always gone to a clinic. Once I found Wellcore, I found what this therapy was/is supposed to be. They truly take care of their customer. Constant communication, blood work, easy in home shipments, everything is easy and very well organized. I also, feel WAY safer with the blood work walk throughs and not just a phone message saying "everything looks fine". They take the time to go over everything with you and ensure you are at optimum levels or your lifestyle. Love it!

Always thorough and thoughtful during the consultation. The ease of use with the at-home blood test is truly amazing. They are (and will continue)l to be) my hormone optimization solution. They win on service, quality and value hands down.

So, after posting my first review, Wellcore reached out to me, and fixed the problem. They got my kit to me in a few days, thier customer service team was very helpful and friendly. They proved that they are a reputable company after all.

"Wellcore HRT"

I've changed my review of wellcore after speaking with Valerie on the phone today. She explained the issues they have had with vendors and wanted to make my situation right. I really appreciate the talk we were able to have. She was so incredibly nice.

I'd like to shout out to Chad who does shih Tzu massage He's amazing and relaxes me so much every time I suggest strongly everybody come see Chad the masseuse! Give his touch a chance and just relax and you'll feel the magic happen. Thank you so much Chad if you're reading this you're so amazing and knowledgeable. I learn something new every time and he's even suggested books for me to read. A-mazing!

"The medical folks here are awesome"

The medical folks here are awesome, very helpful and always recommending slight tweaks to improve quality of life, but I'm doing a disservice if I don't call out the phenomenal customer service (Shout out to Brent and Valerie), every time I have had a question/concern, they are always FAST to respond. Hell, they even replied same day to a question I put in during a holiday week with the expectation that I'd hear back the next business day.

"Eventually got it worked out"

ETA again: Wellcore confirmed that they don't have a customer support phone number. Only email or text. Had a consultation and ultimately decided I'm not a good candidate. There were 4 people in the call and the discussion was thorough and friendly. Overall the experience was good and I can recommend their service. They also refunded my cost for the test kit because it took so long to arrive.They say they are working on some issues from their test kit supplier.
ETA: Got a text from someone who helped me with shipping. Consultation scheduled. Will update.
I ordered the test kit on 10/8/23. It was delivered on 11/17 Test results were posted on 11/22. I tried to schedule my consultation, but it doesn't show up on the website. I have sent repeated messages to 'contact us' with no response. I can't find a customer support number on the website. I've pretty much lost confidence in this company's ability to follow through on their commitments.

"Everyone is extremely fast to respond…"

Everyone is extremely fast to respond to any emails, and any slight hiccups are made right quickly. I appreciate that they monitor way more than just testosterone, and will provide guidance on general health if oddities are noticed in your blood work.
