Must have caught him on a bad day judging by other reviews. Not convinced the boiler check was thorough, due to previous reports. Boiler left on minimum settings with no advice on how to adjust. Seemed very keen to condemn our gas fire with a promise to send a quote to replace. No contact since.

Excellent service. Discovered a leak in my bathroom loo and needed a plumber asap. Gerry came round next day and sorted out the problem with no issues. Friendly, punctual, efficient and competitive price. Thanks so much Gerry!

"Reconnected quickly"

Snow a foot deep. Dusk falling. Arrive home on Friday to find no electricity in the house. Narrow it down to a failure on the ring main. Called Gerry and despite his van having had an inexperienced motorist run into him TWICE in quick succession that day, he was round first thing the next morning and sorted us out. Isolated the problem and proposed a solution.

Gerry replaced my old combi boiler with a new high-efficiency Vaillant model. The whole process was handled professionally from start to finish, he offered a range of quotes for different budgets and kept me informed when faced with supply chain delays (entirely beyond his control!). Installation went smoothly and work area was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. Would happily recommend to others and will bear in mind for any future gas or electrical work.

Very knowledgeable and helpful with all areas of electrical and P&H. Always worth talking through things with Gerry as even if he can’t sort it himself (not elec/gas) he will know a tradesman who can. This comes in handy when looking at a partial rewire and discovering leaking water pipes you didn’t know about. If you are looking for honest hardworking trustworthy tradesmen you can’t go wrong with these guys.

Gerry has serviced our boiler now for a couple of years, since we moved into our house. He’s such a helpful man, easy process to get booked in, communication is clear and then completing the job quickly and successfully, whilst having a bit of a chat at the same time. Gerry is very easy going, whilst being the upmost professional and is my go-to for gas and electric. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent! Gerry went above and beyond to fit us in last minute for a job removing and replacing a dual fuel oven that needed the skill and certification of an electrician and a gas safe engineer. Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable. Our new go-to guy!
