Thank goodness for Buy Tshirts online. Exceptional service. My supplier had let me down on my order and I needed 500 t shirts printing quickly. Luckily I found buy t shirts who delivered in mega quick time.

"Added charges after saying items despatched, wasn't true."

I ordered items online for delivery and paid via paypal. At checkout delivery charge stated £0.00 despite requesting delivery (not collect in store). My email confirmation of order included my delivery address (not collect in store) and I then received a 'Your order has been despatched' email (not a 'come get it in store' invitation). So then the day after that when I got an email telling me I hadn't paid for despatch and needed to pay I couldn't understand what the problem was. They either made a mistake (or their electronic ordering system did) in which case I expected an apology and an explanation or they deliberately tried to add charges retrospectively which added more than £7 to a £21 order (ie a third more again). They blamed me (said I had asked for collect in store... Doh, no I didn't as the two emails clearly indicated), demanded the money and refused to uphold our legally binding contract. They refunded the money but it was a waste of my time dealing with them so don't bother. Incompetent or con merchants? I'm not too sure. Wish I could rate them as zero stars. They don't deserve one.

"Rip off merchants"

I used them thinking they where a reputable/professional company, they ask you what size you want then ignore it and send what they want. Later after inspection and product testing It was brought to my attention that the logo was over 1 inch off centre I have contacted them twice as yet no response. I don't have the money to waste I'm only a small business. I would advise to avoid using them.

"New staff uniforms with embroidery"

I actually bought from this company quite a while ago but am just catching up on reviews.

The level of service was fantastic from start to finish. I had some very complicated requests for my embroidery and the staff went to every measure possible to ensure that my items were perfect.

There were a lot of back and forth emails as I had very specific needs and the response time was always great! Would not hesitate to use again - and I shall be as soon as I take on new staff.

I'd also like to add that everyone that has seen our uniforms have commented on how great they are (without any prompting) and asked where we got them from :D
