Absolutely over the moon with the service from Lady Carpets. Kerry came out to do a quote for us and she was absolutely lovely. She came late for us as I am a Teacher and don’t work local. She then stayed for over an hour giving me time to make my mind up and was really patient. A few days later I decided I wanted an extra room added and Kerry came over again within days to add to my original quote. She was really understanding and super helpful. She also gave us recommendations on a local roofer which saved us a lot of money comparing to the other quote we had done.
The guys who came to lay the flooring were amazing. Such quality flooring and fitting! We had an issue with our bathroom floor as there was marking on it so they did not want to fit it. I got a phone call the next day to advise when the flooring would be delivered and a date was in the diary for a week later.

I am over the moon with the results and so is my partner! 100% would recommend Lazy Carpets. Lovely people, amazing prices.

From kerry visiting us to arrange a quote to the installer fitting the carpet we couldn't of asked for a better service, no hard sell and fitted to a high level will definitely be using lazy carpets again for other rooms in our property.

I applied for a quote online next morning I got a phone call to come and measure up. Ian came and brought loads of samples to choose from. He was very polite and didn’t try too push expensive carpets he shows us some pictures of his apartment carpet which looked amazing. We chose which capers we wanted and Ian done us a quote there and then. We got a phone call a couple of days later to arrange fitting. When the man came to fit he was very polite and done an amazing job fitting our chosen carpets. We have had a follow up call from company to make sure everything was to satisfaction and it 100% is definitely couldn’t recommend this company enough. Everyone is very polite and works at your pace and doesn’t force you to get the most expensive carpets they have.
