"Terrible Quality, Terrible Service"

Same as all the others, terrible experience. The item they sent me is not the item I ordered- looks like something from a Halloween store, different material, different color. They will only offer credit even though their website states they offer refunds. Not responsive via email. I do no recommend purchasing anything from this website.

"Total scam"

Total scam. Ordered a sweater dress and recieved an ugly not even close to the same one I ordered. Can not get a response from customer service. 10 emails and 4 unreturned calls. Save your money

"Do not and I will repeat do not order…"

Do not and I will repeat do not order from this company. They are scammers and the quality of their clothing is not worth the price they charge. I ordered items that did not fit and the quality was bad. I wanted to return the items, but when I do the return, the only option is a credit. Did not want a credit I would not spend another penny with these people. I emailed them from their site several times, never received a response? Called several times at 3 different numbers including their corporate office and was only able to leave messages with no return phone call. I emailed them from my personal email nothing. I finally decided to do the return and get a RMA number, received email that they would issue me a return label nothing. Finally sent my the items back with the RMA number they provided because I received no response and disputed on my credit card. They send back to the credit card company their return policy, which was not readable and said I never contacted through the portal or phone calls. They also said that they did not receive the merchandise back. I have a delivery receipt. Lies, lies and more lies. Do not do it. Also they have multiple websites they sell these fake clothes too. I’m fighting for my refund right now. Do no do it.

"Lack of customer service"

When ordering I received nothing to confirm order other than receipt on credit card bill. Wrote to them via contact on email to get a confirmation number and received nothing. Received item. Measurements were definitely smaller in bust line. Tried contacting them for return and still no order number, but yet you need one to do a return online. Reached out via phone three times and phone is a general message. Reached out in an email over nine times and nothing. They claim 24 hour response but obviously that is not true.

"False advertising"

False advertising! The item I received wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I was so disappointed. I ordered a cardigan that clearly is lined and a totally different fabric in photos than the item I received. The one I received was a printed on cheap polyester and the white it was printed on shows.

N’acheter jamais de ce site vêtement de tres mauvaise qualité un autre site chinois qui ont juste changer de noms je croyais qu’en payant un juste prix pour le vêtement que j’étais pour avoir un beau morceau ce que j’ai reçu est juste bon pour un torchon pour laver l’auto sérieusement ne daite pas l’erreur ce n’est pas du tout comme la photo
