"Terrible Customer Service"

I ordered a white frosted perspex disc with express delivery as i had a last minute order from a customer. It arrived on time, but was not frosted, was solid gloss. I rang to arrange a return and receive the correct order & was advised to send over photos via email. I had to ring again a few hours later after no response via email & also explained i had paid for express delivery as i needed it urgently, i was assured that a replacement was being sent out. I received nothing the following day so again.. rang up to chase it and beg for another to be sent next day delivery so i didn’t let my customer down. The next day my replacement arrived... THE SAME SOLID GLOSS 🙃😫 So again.. i rang, i sent photos, got no response, rang again.. constant chasing and getting no where. Was told that what i received was actually correct, that their white frosted is gloss on one side & not opaque and that i wasn’t getting a replacement. So I sent evidence over to show that the photos & description on their website state that BOTH sides are frosted and it lets light pass through thus not solid opaque and if i wasn’t receiving a replacement then i would accept a refund. I received a very blunt reply “you will get a refund in full.” 2 week later.. no refund.

"Window replacement for my greenhouse."

A piece of perspex ordered for my greenhouse was priced very reasonably compared with some other online retailers I looked at. It was delivered when stated and extremely well packaged to prevent accidental damage in transit. Very pleased indeed, I will use this company again.

Very good quality, I ordered the lime green 5mm acrylic for use as splashbacks around the kitchen, all came in the sizes I required but I opted to put the cut outs in myself, this was easily done with a pilot hole and a fine tooth jigsaw for plastic then positioned with clear silicone.

Perfect service and cheaper than elsewhere for what I wanted too. Looking at getting some more acrylic sheet now so will definitely use theacrylicstore again!

Looks great you wouldn’t know that it wasn’t glass! Much cheaper and safer. Easy to fix to the wall
