Just wanted to say that Sabine did an amazing job today. She gave me a very comprehensive overview of every single document I received from my LLC’s. The duration of the phone call was to be for 1 hour but because I had questions that phone call ended up being over 2 hours. I now fully understand each document I received and she also helped me properly fill out documents that I needed to send back to NYS. She had no problem answering my questions and was more than happy to help me. If I have any other questions I’m going to reach out to her because she is going to have the answer or she will send me to someone in a timely manner who does have the answer. Thank you again Sabine, I got a lot out of our phone call.

"If You Want to Waste Thousands With No Real Return, Go Ahead and Use Them ⭐☆☆☆☆"

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Prime Corporate Services was so frustrating that I feel a responsibility to warn others.

If you want to waste thousands of dollars and get little to no return for your business, then this is the company for you. But if you're serious about building your business and want real, valuable guidance—run the other way.

When I first got on the phone with them, they seemed professional and convincing. They told me everything I wanted to hear—how they could help structure my business properly, build business credit, lower my taxes, and give me access to insider knowledge most entrepreneurs don’t have. It sounded amazing. They made me feel like they truly cared about helping me succeed, and I was sold.

But after paying thousands of dollars, the reality hit hard.

There was no real game plan. The “consultants” felt more like salespeople than professionals who knew what they were doing. The tax team was confusing and vague. The business credit advice was generic and something you could easily find with a simple Google search or a free YouTube video. The promised follow-up and strategy sessions either never happened or were completely unhelpful.

They had no accountability, and I had to constantly follow up just to get answers. Every time I asked about timelines, deliverables, or actual ROI, I was met with excuses or complete silence. It felt like they just wanted to sell me more services, rather than help me make use of what I’d already paid for.

What’s worse is that they’re very good at making you feel like it’s your fault if things don’t work out. I now realize they’re running a high-ticket, low-delivery operation. They put a lot of energy into their sales process but don’t back it up with real value or consistent support.

Bottom line: I regret ever working with them. I could’ve invested that money into something that actually moved my business forward. Instead, I got empty promises, generic advice, and wasted time I’ll never get back.

Please do your research. Look beyond the fake 5-star reviews. Ask for real client success stories. And most importantly, trust your gut. If something feels off, it probably is.

I wish someone had warned me before I spent thousands. Hopefully, this review helps save someone else from the same mistake.

"I've Cancelled, Yet They STILL Charge Me!!!"

VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
I've CANCELLED their service yet they STILL continue to charge me the monthly fee without authorisation - this is FRAUD!!! I've emailed them multiple times and also spoken to a team member about it, yet they seem so incompetent in this area. They're good at taking your money that's for sure, thats all they're interested in!
