I had the fortune to attend the course "Soft skills and emotion intelligence" in Palermo, Sicily. It was a ERASMUS course for teachers and school staff.
With experience and a big smile the teachers and assistants of this course helped us participants to have a wonderful time. A lot of facta-based lessons mixed with group assignments, with a sense of humour, gave us useful tools for our future work as teachers and school staff.
