"I Paid – Never Received My Money! No Response from Support!"

I used Paytiz to exchange 52 USDT (TRC-20) to USD via Wise. My payment was confirmed on the blockchain, and their website showed "Order paid by user" (Order ID: 2011325). However, i never received the funds in my Wise account, i tried contacting support multiple times through chat and email, but they completely ignored me. No reply, no update, nothing, this experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional, if you’re thinking about using Paytiz, be very careful, this feels like a scam.
I have full proof of payment and screenshots. If paytiz doesn't fix this soon, I’ll be sharing this warning on all platforms.
