"Lost all photos"

My MacBook died so I took it in. The only thing I asked was that he save my photos. Marcus said no problem. Without my knowledge Marcus used a third party repair service to replace the motherboard. The only files the guy saved were my desktop and downloads folder. Not 1 single picture from my photos was saved. My wife picked up the computer. She wasn’t given a username or password or bill or anything. He was good enough to take her money. It took weeks to get a password. And longer to get a receipt after asking for it many times. When I realized my photos were missing Marcus gave me his usual BS about proper storage etc etc and told me he is not responsible for anything. Don’t trust these people. Your money is all they want.
