Shipping and supply line issues occurred but Monkey Bunks kept me informed the entire time and even gave a discount on their own volition for the delays which were not their fault. The product is fantastic and we really love the quality. Will definitely order through Monkey Bunks in the future.

I love the tent bed, and my son loves it even more. It was relatively easy to put together and is super fun for my 3 year old. I also got an organic mattress, and that has worked really well. Thank you also to Sam for the continuous updates on my order during all the national shipping delays. He helped keep me in the loop with when I could expect it.

The beds are really nice! They're very easy to put together, lightweight but good quality. I knocked off one star because they did arrive with some damage. I think it had more to do with the supplier/warehouse than Monkey Bunks but it was unfortunate.
