We usually want certain items at a moment's notice, in which case I can pick up the phone order for delivery or collection that day. It is very rare that any items are out of stock, and staff are very knowledgeable about the products they supply.

"Misleading description"

The web site offers items that are not in stock and have a long availability time. No offer of return of money. This is misleading and I will not use this company again.
