"Pay back my deposit "
Interesting enough that it was never mentioned in any previous emails from you that I owe you an instalment and I was told the deposit will be paid back to me. Anyways you take advantage of us because you know your clients are desperate for loans as they cannot obtain loans through the normal financial institutions.
When you wanted me to be your clients all communications with me had a smooth tone now you are so arrogant in your response. I wouldn’t have any complaints if you responded to my email and WhatsApp message explaining that you are keeping the deposit.
My first instalment was due end of August 2024 with the last one due in November 2024 and it’s so funny that you concluded that I have a history of not paying my instalment on time given my contract was so short. I agree I was one instalment late and paid it before the extended time which was the 5th or 6th so get your facts right.
The money is already on your side so keep it but I just wanted you that you are not transparent like you where when you wanted me to get into business with you and I also wanted to raise awareness to your future clients.

"I got into financial trouble last year"
I got into financial trouble last year, my husband got sick and I needed money urgently, got a hold of Mayron from Driveawaysa. Although I felt very uncomfortable with what he had to offer, I was stupid enough to listen to his nice stories and promises. He bought my brand new polo vivo for R107000. The car was worth over R170 000. I hired my own car back from them for R6500 per month. Well, I did not get out of my financial troubles and with Covid I did not have a income for 5 months, so we’re unable to pay the rent for the car. Mayron promised that if I give the car back, it will be sold and after they take back their R107000 the rest of the money will be paid back to me. It’s all a lie. They will NOT give me any money back. Mayron’ own words. I agreed to give back the car today. I was late because my daughter wrote a test in another town. I constantly wattsapp him to tell him I’m going to be late. On my way home I was stopped by armed tactical team to confiscate my car, because they were told I stole the car. My kids are traumatized and they wanted to leave me and my kids in the middle of nowhere 60 km from my house. Please do not get into business with Driveawaysa . You WILL lose your car, and they will not pay back any money After they sell the car. Herewith a message from Mayron
We are neither able nor obliged to provide you with a document stating how much we will sell the vehicle for. A sale price will depend entirely on what a willing buyer is prepared to pay for the car, and a buyer will not commit to a price without being able to inspect the vehicle, which they cannot do while we are not in possession of the vehicle. In any event, please remember that the vehicle belongs to the buyer, and no longer to you. As such, it is of no concern to you what we sell the vehicle for, as any sale price will be paid to us, and we will bear any loss if we fail to sell it for enough money to cover all of the rental amounts owed to us and the purchase option price granted to you by the buyer as per your contracts. The buyer will attempt to sell the vehicle for as much as possible and if they receive an amount greater than your outstanding balance to DriveAwaySA including applicable accrued penalties and interest, the purchase option price, and all costs related to recovery and advertising, the buyer at its discretion will consider depositing the remaining balance into your account. You are very welcome to contact your attorney, but in the meantime, we no longer have any option but to exercise our rights under the contract to minimise the losses that could be suffered by us. As you have indicated in writing that you refuse to allow us onto your property to collect the vehicle, if we do not reach agreement shortly on a date, time and place for us to collect the vehicle (which collection must occur by no later than 17h00 on Saturday 22 August 2020), we will proceed to also report the vehicle as stolen. We also do not intend to litigate this matter by way of WhatsApps or emails with you and will only communicate further with you regarding the collection of the vehicle. Any other correspondence and allegations should be referred by your lawyer to us in writing, and we refer these on to our attorney.
