"Zion Shipping is by far the worst…"

Zion Shipping is by far the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. I sent a package in June 2024, and it was never delivered. Months later, I still have no answers. Their customer service is completely useless—either they ignore my messages or give the same scripted excuses with no real help.

I’ve wasted time, money, and patience trying to get a resolution, but they clearly don’t care. If you value your shipments (and your sanity), DO NOT use Zion Shipping. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and should not be in business.

I've been waiting so long for this refund since June 2024. It would seem that the US administration was not aware of my claim.

Today, at Christmas, God has put in my mind to answer kindly to an email from the US administration.

Promptly, the refund was available.

I recommend this company. I feel more confident in this US new staff.
