The drop off process was similar, with the AddCar's agent collecting the vehicle from the curbside at Departures. Customer Services were on hand to answer a technical question by WhatsApp during the rental. The rental was easy and went smoothly.

Everything went smoothly and I corresponded with the contact person Dusan for every question. He was very nice, tolerant, caring, and professionally explained the terms of the agreement when we met with him at the airport. The only thing I wasn't so happy about was the cleaning of the car. Although each company has its own rules, in order for the customer to be satisfied, I would recommend including the cleaning of the car in the payment and that it not be applied to the customer. Another thing is that full insurance on the car is very, very expensive and with all the desire, not everyone can afford to pay such an expensive amount.
