The support i have received from Libazon was thorough and timely. I am happy with my order (laptop) and the deal i got from the company. The laptop price was very affordable compared to the local market nowadays. I am happy with the amazing service and experience although the delivery process took a longer time because of the covid-19 but my issue was addressed in a timely manner.
I would definitely order items again and I recommend Libazon to others.

I have to say that have never had any problems with Libazon. On the occasion when goods don’t arrive, they have always given me a refund. Most importantly find their customer service is excellent.

Again and again after waiting for another month as they asked the answer i got this morning that they have no idea when the package will arrive knowing that I have been waiting for 4 month !!!
The item i purchased is still on Libazon and they increased its price that means Libazon did not buy my item from the beginning and been delaying for us to cancel our orders to make more money !!!
This is the worse experience i have ever had and i hope everyone having the same problems to mention it so people dont waste their time and money buying untraceable items and getting the same response from a customer service that doesn’t have answers for you .
I hope any manager of this company if there is one can read my comment and prove me wrong .

"Worst experience ever in online shopping"
Couldn't choose less than one star. No anwser on emails or calls or whatsapp. 4 months since i ordered and till now no delivery or any explanation. Worst experience ever in online shopping.

Ordered in June still waiting till this date and no reply from their WhatsApp service. They don't even deserve the 1 star.
First they send me the wrong item. Then they order the wrong item. Then for the past 2 months, no reply, no feedback, nothing. As if the company closed or they just don't give a sh**
Worst online experience since e-commerce was created decades ago!
Hoping this feedback would get them to actually do their job.
Update: their team in Lebanon doesn't bother to even answer their WhatsApp messages. Although they are always online. Probably they answer potential buyers but not existing buyers that are and have been waiting for over 6 months to receive their orders. What a joke

"Worst experience ever!"
Placed my order in September and still getting the same replies every now and then postponing the estimated delivery time for 1 month when I contact them on the expected delivery date. So unprofessional!! Can't even get in contact with someone from the management to handle my request. I think they still didn't manage to buy my items from Ebay UK after 3-4 months, and they always place the blame on the sellers or Covid-19 :) Sadly I'm writing this review so that one of their management team will follow up on my request and deliver my items since their customer service sucks and it seems that they can't invest/afford on some extra staff.

"Not worth it at all"
Around 5 months ago I ordered a new iPhone 11 from Libazon. They told me that it needs around 7 weeks to ship. Then after 7 weeks they told me they need additional 4 weeks, then 5 weeks, and they probably never even bought it in the first place. I ended up getting my money back and buying a phone from a local store. I had to use my broken phone for months because of the wait. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Also, customer review is s**t and the app and website are total crap and poorly managed.

"Bad app and experience ever"
Bad app and experience ever! While I suppose to get my item in a month I waited for 3 months! Then someone unknown on WhatsApp said I have to wait another month even though I ordered a small item! I don’t recommend it at all to use such poor managed app!
