I always have an amazing experience with the customer service. I feel like I'm ALWAYS bothering Jesse, poor guy, but he is an amazing help every time. I've even been contacted directly by Doug once in the beginning to clear up an issue. Any problem is always taken care of right away. Everyone I have dealt with is polite, efficient, and helpful, and if I don't understand something they take the time to explain it. So far, So good, guys!

Jesse spent 40 minutes answering my questions in Live Chat on a Saturday morning. He had concise, accurate, informed answers for all my questions. Cleared up a few small technical issues my IT Guys had overlooked. This is the third time I have used their Live Chat and every time they have been responsive, patient and informative. The Live Chat agents really fully understand the Seamless Chex product.

There is no better platform for echeck processing than seamlesschex , i have signed up with seamleess chex in Jan 2020, the portal is user friendly and their support team is always there to help you out in any situation , i would say if you doing a business and your payment method is echeck , than i must say that if you haven't tried seamlesschex platform u r unlucky , why i am saying u are unlucky ? Answer of this question you get urself after trying to use seamlesschex platform atleast once .
