When Universal Studios shut down their site and no tickets were available for my son’s 13th birthday surprise, I didn’t know what I would do. We came across the Park Prodigy online and called to confirm that tickets were still available. Mike and Mark were both super helpful, quick at processing the transaction, and answering our questions. Thank you guys so much! We had early entry to the parks and got to ride some of the rides with extremely long lines later in the day because of it! Highly recommend!

"I accidentally found The Park Prodigy…"

I accidentally found The Park Prodigy while searching for some kind of a deal on a 1-Day ticket to Universal. I saved a little money, got tickets that get us in an hour early. And a guy who knows his stuff! Mike was awesome. Friendly and so helpful at every turn. He ended up assisting our whole group - three families traveling together, with kids!

The sale is done and we are ready to go, but I had a couple of questions, so I reached out on the site's chat function and Mike answered right away. Answered my questions - which took a little research on his part - and sent me some park maps, too.

I will definitely look to The Park Prodigy again and would recommend them to anyone.
