Ik heb 5 dagen geleden iets besteld en betaald.
Een bevestigings mail gehad.
Tot op heden nog helemaal niks gehoord.

I recently was having difficulty ordering a beautiful sweater online from the USA website for delivery to a friend visiting family in France. I was connected to customer service by phone and put in touch with someone who personally arranged expedited delivery to make sure the package reached my friend before she left for the USA. The level of attention to my concerns was exemplary and unusual in what today is often a sterile and aloof customer service response. I look forward to shopping at a Leo & Ugo store when I visit Paris later this year. Based on my experience they are a top notch firm.

Reçu rapidement, article superbe et de qualité mais je trouve dommage au vu du prix de ne pas avoir un sac en papier de la marque afin de mettre l’article sous le sapin dans autre chose que le papier de soie. C’est du détail sinon tout est parfait
