Easy to order ,had a problem with them not arriving when someone was home the day after ,rang up and they sorted it for 5 days later when some one was in.
Have used Titan for the last 20 years my only problem is the have messed with the design by altering the rungs and making the ladders bulky which to most wouldn’t be a problem but as a window cleaner moving them all the time is

"I have bought a Titan 5 tread ladder 14…"

I have bought a Titan 8 tread ladder 14 years ago through another supplier. It is still going though used domestically. Now being Handyman Services I bought the 5 tread one to complement the other one. A 5 tread will get more call on more jobs but 8 tread is important for the 3 or 4 metre ceilings. The new 5 tread had a few minor tweaks to the design but in general is very much similar to the 8 tread. You feel safe standing on it and working off it, its weight is perfect to keep it still and steady while climbing or standing on it. It does not make any creaky noise like a cheap light domestic step ladder does; I know I use a 3 tread one and it's creaking even with a shuffle.

The delivery is good because the company itself does the delivery, mine did arrive a day later, however, it turned up in mint condition, clean and very shiny without a blemish.

The build quality is awesome, you can tell by the weight, the firmness of movement while opening or closing, it feels tight when opening and closing which means it will survive and stay robust for many years. My 8 tread being testimony to that.

There are other brands available at merchants and DIY stores but these Titan ladders are better and well priced.

I like the very top small step type platform to hold on to or lean into if there's plenty height still left that way your better balanced.

Clever that they now have turned that very upper part upside down so the plate now acts as a tool or parts tray.

When the time comes I will get the 3 tread as well.
