"Misleading information in regards to the delivery charge(Free but is not free)"

First on the website is the option to request/book a phone call back from Equip2clean thing which never happened even after a week since requested the call. Second and the main thing is that on the website says Free delivery on any item exception for pallet orders (big orders/heavy) thing which is not true, asking for £3.95 for 2-3days delivery time or £7.95 for next day delivery but not even finding the next day delivery option just been told at the phone once I’ve phoned them enquiring in regards to delivery charge which was applied at checkout. My order was over £40 not £7-£20 to expect a charge for postage and will understand if it’s clearly mentioned. The person behind the phone said cannot be for free delivery service no matter what amount is spent. So quite a big big misleading information which is not fair for anyone visiting Equip2clean website or buying from their website as will be extra charged and clearly cheated. The reason I’ve not rated only one star the review and rated two is because I don’t know how but paid the postage £3.95 and expected the product after 4-5days being weekend and bank holiday but has been delivered next day.
