I opened my account in Binbitex through TradeSmart.Academy on 02/08/2023. Broker Mr Stephan Gallo worked 2 weeks with me and then he ran away. In October 5 Binbitex Trade Platform completely disappeared from my computer. No agents contacted over phone and no answers in emails. my browser does not find the server of Binbitex. Now I cannot have access the platform to see my account and nobody responds. I am frustrated how i can get back my invested fund. help me is there anyway to take legal action against TradeSmart Academy and Binbitex.

Googling "trade.binbitex" videos out there reviewing them as a scammer.
