There was a problem with connecting Plaid with my bank. I originally thought my bank was the problem but it was Plaid not connected to my bank. Then Persona verified my credentials, getting my ID and photo. Very long tedious process. And then it was not clear what happened after, very confusing. Something not right with what their customer service was telling me. I offered another bank of mine because the first one did not connect with Plaid and that person did NOT know my other bank's name? Really strange.

The loan officer in charge on my application was rude and put me down told me I cannot get another from other company.
Plus I never experience asking too many paper work to submit in order to approve your application. After all the paperwork that they asked and all the hard work to provide them what they need I still get decline
