I have still not received my brilliant stars booster box and have contacted them multiple times with no response.

Preordered 3 booster boxes of brilliant stars in November 2021. Due to release on 25.02.22. Now nearly 3 weeks since release date and they have not arrived and noone will respond to my numerous emails. Appalling customer service.
