As far as service is a concern, trippact agent Neha Jaiswal worked very closely with me to get what exactly I was looking for. She took note of my needs and provided a couple of quotes and some bits of advice about travelling through europian countries. Finally, I booked a flight with Air India from SFO to New Delhi and got better pricing than airindia.com or any other website I searched.
