On time, friendly, easy to contact and communicate with, always give a full report of what they’ve done and offer suggestions if appropriate. (And they are cheaper than a well known company which has been taken over by British Gas. Say no more! )

This company went "Above and Beyond" for a hysterical woman in a ground floor flat with a MAJOR blockage made worse by upstairs flats using the loo!!! Problems in locating due to the nature of the building, but Gentleman who came out first stayed to the end to see it out! He even cleaned out (mess)!! that had come up in the bath! simply saying " He was use to it"!
